Add a DESIGN.md for Tabbit (tabbit.ai), the AI-native desktop browser built by Lumina Lab (Meituan's GN06 team). Extracted from the public website's CSS: a warm white-to-cream canvas, a single dominant Tabbit Orange (#F3A04C) accent, Montserrat across the full weight range, and a dense skill-card grid where every card is tagged utility (emerald) or taste (violet).

Includes the standard four files:

  • design-md/tabbit/DESIGN.md (9 sections)
  • design-md/tabbit/preview.html (light token catalog)
  • design-md/tabbit/preview-dark.html (dark token catalog)
  • design-md/tabbit/README.md (intro)

Updates the root README collection list (Developer Tools & Platforms) and bumps the DESIGN.md count badge from 55 to 56.
